COLLABORATIONS
Collaborations
Data grow at increasing rates: we do need interdisciplinary groups to cope with them.
I currently keep collaborations with three research centers in biology , medicine and bioinformatics .
I also offer expert services for gene expression and for sequence data analyses as member of our Computational Genomics Research Group and about information visualization and visual analysis as part of the VisUsal group.
If you are interested in any of our services or want to start a collaboration, do not hesitate to mail me.
Finally, if you are a student and want to work with me in a PhD or postdoc , please feel free to contact me and we can evaluate the options for research, funding, etc.

GROUPS
The IBFG (Instituto de Biología Funcional y Genómica) is a CSIC/USAL center for functional biology and genomics. I currently work in the Genome Dynamics and Epigenetics unit, on the study of chromatin structure.
I collaborate with Javier de las Rivas’ group at the CIC (Centro de Investigación del Cáncer).
I collaborate with the European Bioinformatics Institute (Functional Genomics group ) since 2008. I actively collaborated in the EBI coordinated project Sybaris (2010-2013)
